I would like a vintage item that isn’t on your website, can you source items?

Yes! We do provide a sourcing service at no extra cost. Please contact us and send us more details and we will try our upmost to source you your dream vintage item. We do ask that you only contact us for this service, should you be sure and have the funds to make the purchase, as a lot of effort and time goes into vintage sourcing. 

 

How long does delivery take?

U.K Mainland Shipping 

We use Royal Mail and DHL. Delivery to the UK is 1-2 working days and is fully tracked and insured. We provide full tracking information via email. 

International Shipping

DHL Express 

DHL Express Worldwide Delivery takes 1-3 working days. 

Standard 

Standard International Shipping items are sent with Royal Mail UK and then handed over to the delivery partner once in the destination country. Overseas shipping usually takes 7-14 working days. *COVID-19 may impact delivery times.

 

Do I have to pay import tax / custom fees ?

Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties on the import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country. Payment is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery.

Jean Vintage is not liable for any delays with orders because of custom clearances at the destination.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will always try to resolve.  

 

Do items come with dust bags or authenticity cards, papers, etc.

It is rare for vintage items to come with their original dust-bags, packaging, authenticity cards, as it does depend on their previous owners and how items are stored and cared for over time.  

Occasionally our items come with original boxes, dust bags, tags, authenticity cards or purchase receipts. Please check the product description which will confirm exactly what the item comes with.

 

What is the condition of the items we sell?

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, this can vary. The best way to tell is to read the description of the item you would like to purchase and also check the detailed images. We are explicitly clear on the condition of our items and always state any wear/flaws.
